affordable, EcoPak packaging bags provide your products with an unmatched level
of protection throughout the shipping process. The Bags on Demand and Bags on a
Roll programs from Automated Protective Products (APP) supply your packaging
line with the bags you need just when you need them. Our 2-ply EcoPak bag
incorporates a specially formulated, durable, and punctureresistant
polyethylene film on the outside with a loose, highslip polyethylene film liner
on the inside. EcoPak is a class 4 recylable product which means no special
measures need to be taken when it is disposed of - just toss it in any plastics
recycling bin. With 2-ply construction, the inner film liner moves with the
product while the outer film layer moves with the mode of transit. The
construction yields superior protection from exterior elements as well as
interior abrasion. Dustproof and waterproof, these bags are ideal for leather,
fabric, finished wood, metal, plastic and many other materials. EcoPak is also
offered in 2 threeply configurations, Complete and Reveal. |

Bags on Demand
If your company has
centralized packing, our Bags on Demand program can help you save 8 to 10
percent or more on materials by producing, at the point of use, customsized
bags of the exact length necessary for each product. This is accomplished using
our stateoftheart AutoMeasure system and our proprietary sealing machinery.
These customsized bags reduce waste and eliminate the need for extensive
inventory. If your company meets our bagquantity requirement, we can provide
your line with an automatic sealer and the AutoMeasure at no additional cost.

Bags on a Roll
For companies without
centralized packing, our Bags on a Roll program can supply 1,000foot rolls of
perforated bags premade to any length you need. The bags can be dispensed from
a typical Aframe rack, a custom inventory rack, or with a turntable. It's the
simple, maintenancefree solution to a continuous supply of finished bags. |
